The responsibility of the Dean is  the Faculty governance  and  in particular:

• developing the Faculty’s strategy
• representing the Faculty outside as authorized by the Rector
• ensuring the correct course of the learning process
• summoning and presiding over the Faculty Council
• ensuring the implementation of the Faculty Council resolutions
• allocating the Faculty funds in accordance with the University internal rules
• supervising the activities of  the Faculty organizational units
• undertaking steps ensuring proper functioning of the Faculty
• implementing the Faculty personnel policies and procedures
